Scanning and Templating Existing Tubes
When an exact match is required, we disassemble and scan the original tubes to create an accurate digital template. The design is then CNC cut from Orca Hypalon and assembled to your chosen specification, with Leafield inflation and pressure relief valves included. Once complete, the new tube is boxed and shipped with a fitting kit, giving you everything needed to complete the RIB retube or collar replacement in-house.
